This machine is researched and manufactured according to operating and repairing flange. We have independent intellectual property. Outside calipers is fixed in proper position, high stiffness of structural support, fulfill the wide cutting range, easy operation, high efficiency. It can process chute/flume/sealing surface and blank flange、tube-plate of heat exchange.

PERFORMANCE:
Swivel tool post with 360°power feed, wide range use.
It has 3 feeding tool post: water line, plane processing, idling.
Feed hand-wheel of horizontal and vertical tool post with scale, precise and convenient regulation.
Tool post can feed automatically for processing Serrated finish spacing and plane facing on axial side, processed precision is guaranteed.
Can use hydraulic drive motor or Numerical drive motor, strong power, meets different requirements of customers.
Pneumatic motor is also optional, used for proof-explosion on-site operation.
Applied for heavy duty cutting and mounting, the maximum depth of roughing processing is 5MM
